Shipping policy

Lovely Arcadia Collection use Australia Post.

Current Processing time is 1-5 business days plus standard Australia Post shipping times. We will provide your tracking number via email or text message. Lovely Arcadia Collection will not be held responsible for delayed shipping times. Please allow extra shipping time around holiday season and public holidays.

Our standard shipping is charged at a flat rate of $11.00. 

Express Shipping is also available at checkout for $16.00 please select your correct option.

We offer Free Local Delivery within a 20km radius of Zeerust, Victoria. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us at hellolovelyarcadia@gmail.com before you finalise your order.

International Shipping is not currently available.

Australia Post have advised us there is a slight delay in their delivery times due to the Christmas period of 2025
