Refund policy

Thank you for visiting our Refund Policy at Lovely Arcadia Collection

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will not accept returns or issue refunds or credit for change of mind purchases.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You will be required to cover the cost of return postage.

To start a return, you can contact us at hellolovelyarcadia@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

No cancellation policy. If an order is to be cancelled no reimbursement will be made.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We thoroughly check all our stock before sending but please contact us if you have any concerns.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned. Earrings. Teething Goods, Dummy's and any Personalized items. Please note this is subject to change without notice. Items may be added or removed to make sure health and safety laws are abided by.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, discontinued items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

Please choose carefully as we don't issue returns/refunds/exchange for change of mind. If you are unsure please contact us.

Refunds:

Only once your item has been received and assessed by us and approved, only then will your refund be authorized.  Your refund will be made to your payment method on the original purchase. Important to note the cost of shipping will not be refunded. Includes original shipping and/or return shipping.

Discount Codes:

One code per person unless otherwise stated. We have the right to cancel any order that goes against our policy.
